Curves CompleteLosing weight the Curves way Starting January 2013, Curves will offer women a full program for quick and lasting weight loss. The Curves Complete weight loss program consists of three components: diet with healthy food choices, the Curves workout and coaching & motivation. |

The DietThe Curves diet stimulates the body to lose fat whilst protecting lean muscle mass. During the program you will learn how to make healthy food choices and meals for yourself and your family. The WorkoutWe recommend that you work out 4 times per week. The 30 minutes total-body workout will build lean muscle and burn fat in order to boost your metabolism and speed up weight-loss. The MotivationOne of the key factors in losing weight and improving health is becoming aware of your habits and emotions. People need support to deal with temptations and pitfalls. Your Curves coach is there to support and guide you through this process. |

You will be coached through this program in group classes. These classes are designed to help you change your eating habits, share experiences with others and increase your circle of support. When you reach your goal weight you will transition to our Success membership. |
